Nitsuko Electronics Corporation was established in 1999 as a spin-off from Nitsuko Corporation’s long-standing electronic components division, which had over 80 years of history. Headquartered in Suzaka City, Nagano Prefecture, Japan, Nitsuko specializes in the development, manufacturing, and sales of film capacitors. The company operates with a fully integrated system—from product development to production and distribution—allowing for rapid innovation and competitive pricing.
With a workforce of 79 employees, Nitsuko serves both domestic and international markets, focusing on high-quality, reliable components for industrial and electronic applications. The firm is jointly owned by Kamaya Electric Co., Ltd. (70%) and NEC Platforms, Ltd. (30%), and has earned certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949, underscoring its commitment to quality and environmental standards.

Matsuo manufactures "Tantalum capacitors" and "Circuit protection components (Micro-Fuse and Surge-Absorber)" in Japan.
